Nationally recognized program developed by National Arthritis Foundation and YMCA. Water walking and range of motion exercises to increase mobility, flexibility, balance and endurance. Great for those suffering from arthritis, orthopedic conditions, back pain or new to water fitness.

Power Waves
Total body, no impact aerobic workout done in deep water. Participants wear flotation belts during class. Should be comfortable in deep water.

Water Weight Loss
Shallow water strength training and aerobic conditioning workout. Aquatic exercise equipment is used to enhance resistance and strength effects of workout.
