Payment Information

PAYMENT METHOD
Electronic fund transfer. An easy way to pay monthly! Your checking or savings account is debited the 15th of each month and covers the month you are drafted. Your membership is continuous until you cancel giving a 30-days written notice. The YMCA reserves the right to increase membership fees with 30-days written notice. Membership fees are non-refundable. A $30 fee is charged on returned checksor bank drafts not honored by your financial institution.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Through United Way contributions, the YMCA provides financial assistance to Henderson County residents. No one is denied access to YMCA memberships or programs due to proven inability to pay. Applications available at the front desk.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS
This is a private, nonprofit membership organization. We strive to protect the members by ensuring that all who use the facilities are members in good standing, properly registered guests, or registered program participants. Members are issued cards for the purpose of gaining admittance. A fee is charged for replacing lost cards.

USE OTHER YMCAS
The AWAY (Always Welcome At YMCAs) icon on the back of your membership card entitles you to visit participating YMCAs in other cities when you are traveling. You may find any YMCA in the US by calling 800-872-9622 or by visiting www.ymca.net.
